FREE Online Three-Centered Presence Practice:
First Sunday of the month 11:30AM Eastern, 20 mnts

Join me for a collective reset!

This Practice is a powerful way to start the month by orienting towards what really matters and tuning in to the intelligence of our Body, Heart and Mind Centers. Done with others, its impact is felt even more palpably both for ourselves and the world around us. I lead this unscripted meditation in the tradition of my Enneagram teacher Russ Hudson and his lineage. To get the link to join me on the first Sunday of the month, 11AM Eastern, and also receive updates, reminders and cancellation notes, if any, please enter your contact information below:

Self-Care for caregivers and space-holders:
A Somatic and Creative Enneagram-based journey

Dates: TBD (Drop me a line if you’re interested!)

Where: Online

Duration: Eleven two-hour sessions

This program is very close to my heart. I was born the caregiver of a caregiver, the space-holder of a space holder. As my beloved mother, a well-established practitioner herself, struggled with health issues, we took turns giving and receiving care, sometimes in life-enhancing ways, and others in unhealthy, imbalanced way. I was always fascinated by both the light and shadow aspects of that dance.

Throughout my life, I continued to be a space-colder for space-holders, supporting friends, relatives and clients- many of them practitioners – on their journeys of giving and receiving.  But it took pushing myself beyond capacity and seeing my body and soul say “no” a decade ago to finally realize that the only way to continue offering the gifts I was given was to actively learn how this can be done in ways that serve the whole system, including myself.

As more balance gradually established itself into my life, my question became: How can I help switch the narrative for people I support? We needed to make the transition from “Let’s reinforce each other’s (often unconscious) attachment to the role of the perfect helper and/or toiling martyr” to “We must include ourselves in the circle of blessed generosity“.

In this course, I tune into the group’ needs and cater to them through approaches, techniques and methods that have helped me, my teachers and people I work with transform the ways we relate to ourselves, others and our personal dynamic of giving and receiving. We’ll be using guided touch, creative expression, inquiry, consent work, and more, within a Three-Centered Enneagram-based approach. There will also be time for questions, reflections and comments.

This is a space where you can land exactly as you are. Nothing specific is required of you, except to be open and curious. This is a space to breathe deeply, receive nourishing practices, and share truth, trusting that everything you allow yourself to speak and receive will truly be a gift to all. I look forward to having you there!
